Rental Rate Details

 

An up to 5% National and Enterprise discount off the Base Rate (Time and Mileage) available on standard published undiscounted daily, weekly and monthly market-driven rates. Valid in the U.S. and Canada.

Terms:

1. Standard age, driver and credit rental qualifications apply. Minimum rental age at most U.S. locations is 21, 18 where required by law. Enterprise Rent-A-Car or National Car Rental may elect not to rent to any person who does not meet Enterprise's driver qualifications.

2. Discount applies only to the retail base rate charge (Time and Mileage) and does not apply to applicable taxes, fees, surcharges, refueling, drop-off, delivery, youthful driver, additional driver, pick up, or any optional product or service (such as optional damage waiver), which are the responsibility of the Renter. Additional mandatory charges may be imposed, including, but not limited to, a customer facility charge, airport concession fee, tourism commission assessment, vehicle license recovery fee or other government-imposed taxes or fees. Rates are a 5% discount off the Base Rate on standard published undiscounted daily, weekly and monthly driven rates.

3. Damage Waiver (For rentals at U.S. locations only) 

If purchased, Enterprise or National Car Rental agrees, subject to the actions that invalidate Damage Waiver listed in the rental agreement, to contractually waive Renter's responsibility for all of the cost of damage to, and loss or theft of, the rental vehicle or any part or accessory and related costs, regardless of fault or negligence. This Damage Waiver is applicable provided that the rental was booked using the corporate discount number provided to your company and displayed on the rental agreement. The cost for the Damage Waiver will appear as a separate line-item charge on the rental agreement and will be in addition to the base rate quoted when reserving a vehicle. 

PLEASE NOTE: THE DAMAGE WAIVER IS NOT INSURANCE. THE PURCHASE OF DAMAGE WAIVER IS OPTIONAL AND NOT REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RENT A VEHICLE.
