Can I Rent a Car with Snow Chains in Canada?
No. Enterprise does not offer snow chains/traction devices, nor can snow chains/traction devices be placed on rental vehicles unless required by state or provincial law. Quebec cars are equipped with winter tires during the months of December 15 through March 15 as required by law.
