What happens in the event of damage?
The short answer:
- You do not have to pay for every little scratch, we measure damage using our damage evaluator. Only dents or scratches on the body larger than the largest of the circles on our tool will be charged to you.
- Tears, holes or cracks are considered damage to any part of the vehicle.
