Can I rent car seats from Enterprise?
Enterprise takes child safety and protection seriously. Ensuring your child's safety in the vehicle is paramount, so consider the following when renting a child seat:
- As a customer, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws governing seat belts and child restraints.
- The manufacturer's proper and complete instruction manual will be properly attached to the child seat for reference. Please notify the rental office representative if the manual is absent for any reason.
- Customers must install the child seats themselves. Enterprise employees cannot install child seats; however, we are always happy to bring them to your rental vehicle.
To view child seat availability by branch, simply visit enterprise.fr and start the reservation process. Once the branch, rental dates and vehicle size have been chosen, other equipment will be offered to you. If car seats are available at your branch, charges associated with the child seat will appear at that time as optional equipment.

Listed below are the various types and sizes of seats available, sorted by manufacturer (or child safety systems approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) which will be available at most airport counters:
Child seat:
Safety 1st (Model 22-323); five-point harness system, designed for children 5-22 lbs and 19-22 inches.
Convertible seat:
Cosco Scenera convertible car seat (Model 22-160); five-point harness system, rear-facing 5-35 lbs, forward-facing 22-40 lbs.
Booster car seat with high back:
Booster car seat with belt positioning (Model 22-941); used with seat belt and diagonal belt, 30-100 lbs.
Backless booster car seat:
Booster car seat Cosco Ambassador backless (Model 22-293); used with seat belt and diagonal belt, 30-100 lbs, 34-57 inches.
At this time, you cannot reserve more than one seat through our website. However, you can contact our reservation agents who will be happy to help you register on your reservation that more than one seat will be required. Please call 1-800-736-8222
