Can I return or pick up a car outside the opening hours?

The short answer:

• Some offices allow after-hours vehicle returns.
  
• The availability of this service is indicated in the office details.
  
• In France, it is not possible to pick up a vehicle (at the rental location) outside opening hours.

Some offices allow after-hours returns and have procedures for early or late returns, or a drop box for keys. Please ask the rental office for the exact procedure when you pick up your vehicle. Please note that you will be responsible for the vehicle until our office opens.

Please note: if you return your rental vehicle to an office other than the office where you picked it up, or the initially specified office, additional drop fees may be charged.
