All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. The main driver must present the original driver's license of any additional drivers if they cannot be present at the rental counter. Additional drivers can be added to the contract at any rental location within the same country and at any time during the rental. An additional driver fee of 19.67 EUR per rental applies.

After hours service is available at this location on request. Pickups and return times must be arranged with the location to ensure the office is manned by our employees and ready to check-out or check-in the rental. The renter cannot leave the vehicle in the street without any precise information from the branch. Confirmation is required by the branch to service after hours rentals and 24 hours advance notice applies. There is no fee for this After hours service.

The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 21. The maximum age to rent is 70. Renters between the age of 18 and 20 may rent the categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate. A young driver fee of 39.33 EUR per rental applies to all renters between the age of 18 and 20. Young drivers must have held their driving license for a minimum of 1 year. Renters between the age of 61 and 70 may rent the categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate. An senior driver fee of 39.33 EUR per rental applies to all renters between the age of 61 and 70.

Vehicles can be driven into all countries except Serbia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Russia, and Ukraine. Ferry crossings with the vehicle are permitted. A cross-border fee of 150.00 EUR per rental applies. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require authorization. Customers are required to inform the rental branch about any cross-border travel at least 3 days in advance. Unauthorized cross-border travel will result in a breach of contract and incur a penalty charge.

For border crossings into Albania, North Macedonia, and Montenegro a fee of 50.00 EUR applies. Travel to these countries does not need to be pre-authorized and can be arranged at the rental branch at the time of collection or at any time during the rental.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an optional service and reduces the renter's liability in the event of damage the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified.
If CDW is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter. If CDW is not included in the rental or CDW is declined, the renter will be liable for the total cost of damages to the vehicle or the full value of the vehicle in case of damage.

If purchased or included in the rental, the excess is:
1000 EUR for the vehicle categories Mini, Economy;
1200 EUR for the vehicle categories Compact;
1500 - 1800 EUR for Intermediate and Standard vehicles;
2000 EUR for all passenger Vans and all commercial vans;
and from 2500 - 5500 EUR for all Premium and Luxury vehicles.
The excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged

Before purchasing CDW, it is advisable to determine if the renter's personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If CDW is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and to seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not insurance.

Delivery and collection is available at all Kosovo locations up to 20km of city limits at a charge of EUR 15 plus VAT. Delivery and collection over 20km outside of the city limits but up to a maximum of 30km will incur an additional fee of 0.90 EUR per km plus VAT. The primary renter upon collection and or delivery must be present to their passport, driving license and confirm payment method. All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. The one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route, and car category.
 

Fuel Policy: Like for Like.
Customers should return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as provided at the time of pick-up. If the Customer returns the vehicle with less quantity of fuel, an additional fee will be charged for the amount of missing fuel according to the official refueling rate.
In case that vehicle is returned with more fuel than given at the time of pick-up, no refund will be made.

SUPPLEMENTARY LIABILITY PROTECTION, SLP - THIRD PARTY INSURANCE IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT AND FREE OF CHARGE. IT PROTECTS THE RENTER, OR DRIVER, AND OTHER AUTHORIZED DRIVERS AGAINST LIABILITY IN THE CASE OF THIRD PARTY BODILY INJURY OR DEATH AND THIRD PARTY PROPERTY DAMAGE. THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL VEHICLE. RENTER, OR DRIVER, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE VEHICLE REGARDLESS OF FAULT. SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE OF THE OPTIONAL INSURANCE OPTIONS.

During the winter season of 15 November to 15 March and in cases of inclement winter weather conditions in the country of Kosovo all rental vehicles are fitted with winter tires in accordance to local road laws. Winter tires are included in all rates.

Personal Accident Insurance covers the driver and passengers, subject to the permitted number of occupants in the vehicle, in the event of death or permanent diablement per accident. Coverage amounts vary from country to country and also may vary depending on whether an adult or child is involved. Similarly partial disability may lead to a lower payment or to no payment at all if disability percentage is below a certain threshold.

All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover Card are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Cash can be used to settle any outstanding balances at the end of the rental. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 700 EUR for the categories Mini and Economy, 900 EUR for the categories Compact, Small SUV and Wagon, 1100 EUR for the categories Intermediate, and 1300 EUR for the categories Passenger VAN, SUV. For Luxury a deposit of 1500 EUR is required.

Basic Roadside Assistance is provided free of charge from our rental locations and covers the following services: Tow Replacement vehicle and technical assistance. Roadside Assistance is available 24-7 and the Roadside telephone number is 37744721721. In the case of lost keys or rental vehicle documents additional fees apply. To waive these fees the location offers Premium Roadside Assistance cover which comes with a daily fee of 2.66 EUR plus VAT. Premium Roadside Assistance cover can be purchased at all rental locations in Kosovo.

All drivers must present a valid international or European Union driving license that has been held for a minimum of 12 months along with an identity card or passport.  

SLP Third Party Liability is legally compulsory and included in all rates in Kosovo. Coverage limits - Third Party bodily injury or death up to 1,000,000 EUR and Third Party property damage up to 200,000 EUR.
