Can I be picked up from home?
The short answer:
- Yes, from most of our non-airport offices.
- Our "Pick-up service" (pick-up/drop-off) may be subject to conditions such as geographic restrictions.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, contact your rental office to find out the terms of the service and to arrange your departure.

Our Pick-up service (pick-up/drop-off) is free and available at most of our non-airport offices during opening hours. To schedule your pick-up/drop-off time or make additional arrangements, contact your rental office. Once picked up and back at the office, an Enterprise representative will complete your paperwork and have you on the road in no time.
Please note: Can you guarantee the pick-up/drop-off?
In order to guarantee a pick-up/drop-off time from your local branch, you must have confirmed your rental at least two hours in advance and contacted your rental branch. Geographic or availability restrictions may apply. Not all offices are able to provide this pick-up/drop-off service.
